Thankyou for the fantastic response to my grand opening for my new website. It was so nice to meet so many fellow crafters. You all truly made me feel right at home. Thanks to you again!
I need to give a special thanks to my sister Carol Gefre for giving me the back bone to join the crafter world as a male crafter. Especially after working in the construction industry for so long, and after having some health problems which led me to a new path in life. You might understand that I do get some funny looks....but I don't let it bother me because I love what I do!

This month I am sharing a recipe from a good friend of my mother's from Washinhgton state:
BEEF NOODLE CASSEROLE.....VERY GOOD!!!
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 -12oz. can corn
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped pimentos
1 4 teas. salt
1/2 teas. "Accent"
3 cups cooked noodles (8oz. package)
1 cup buttered bread crumbs
Brown meat, add onion and cook until tender. Add nexst 7 ingredients and mix well. Stir in noodles and por into a 4qt. casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. or until hot. Serves 10. I hope you will enjoy!!!
